Privacy Policy
Effective 25 August 2026
The short version
- This website has no contact form, no account and no shopping cart, so it never asks you to type anything into it.
- It does count visits using Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser.
- We do not sell or rent anyone’s information. Ever.
- If you call or email us, that conversation is between you and us.
What this policy covers
This policy describes what happens when you visit lbhcare.com, the website of Lil’ Beesness At Home Care LLC. It covers the website only. The care services we provide in your home are governed separately by the written agreement you sign with us, not by this page.
What we do not collect here
There is no contact form on this site, no login, no account, no newsletter sign-up and no payment of any kind. There is nothing on this website to type your name into, so we do not receive your name, address, or any details about you or your family through it.
What is collected automatically
Three ordinary things happen when any browser loads this page.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to see how many people visit and which parts of the page they read. It records things like the pages viewed, how long the visit lasted, the rough area you are in as estimated from your network address, your device and browser type, and the site you arrived from. It does not tell us who you are.
Web server records. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs — the network address that made the request, the time, and which file was asked for. These exist for security and reliability.
Google Fonts. The page’s body typeface is loaded from Google’s font servers, which means Google receives your network address as part of delivering it.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. There is no advertising on this site, we do not run ad-tracking cookies, and we do not follow you to other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out add-on that turns this off across every site that uses it. Blocking them does not break anything here — the page works exactly the same.
How we use it
Only to understand whether people are finding the site and what they read when they get here, so we can make it more useful. We do not build profiles, we do not advertise to you, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
Who else sees it
Google, as the provider of the analytics, hosting and font services described above. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent or trade anyone’s information. We would disclose information only if we were legally required to — for example by a court order — or if it were genuinely necessary to protect someone’s safety.
Health information
This website does not collect any health or medical information. There is nowhere on it to enter any.
Please also keep in mind that ordinary email is not a secure or private way to send medical details. If you need to discuss a loved one’s health, medications or diagnosis, please call us or talk with us in person rather than putting it in an email.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging care. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Because we collect nothing that identifies you, there is usually nothing for us to look up, correct or delete on request. If you want the analytics to stop counting your visits, the browser settings and opt-out add-on above are the way to do it. If you have a question about any of this, please contact us — details below.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information — if we ever add a contact form, for instance — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
